❋ What are the dates and times?Arrival is Thursday 4 June and departure is Monday 8 June
❋ Do you cater for allergies and dietary requests? Yes. After booking you will receive a Questionnaire with the option to let us know of any dietary requests or allergies so we can cater for you.
❋ How do I get there?The retreat venue is approx. 90 minutes from Lisbon Airport in Portugal (which serves international flights). There is a bus from the Airport Terminal to the village which is the location of the Retreat centre.
Taxis are available from Lisbon airport to take you to our address (details provided upon booking) or the retreat centre can book a transfer for you (details and costs provided upon booking)
There will be a Telegram group set up for those coming to share travel plans and arrange lifts and taxi shares..
❋ What is the booking process?Click the "Pay Deposit” or “Pay in full” button on your accommodation preference - shared room sea view or shared room shared bathroom - and confirm your place with a payment in full or a payment plan.
Spaces are limited, so it is first come first served.

❋ What if I haven’t been on a retreat before?Many women arrive on retreat having never been on one before! If your intuition and your body says yes, I would follow that nudge... There is no "level" to be "at" in this work or place you need to be on your journey. All women are welcome. ❋ What is the location?Nestled on Portugal’s stunning Atlantic coast, Atouguia da Baleia offers the perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty.

❋ What is the seasonal weather in Portugal?Early June in Portugal brings delightful, warm, and sunny weather, marking the start of summer with temperatures typically between 20°C and 26°C/ 68 - 79F, possibly rising. It is largely dry with minimal rainfall, ideal for our retreat, the salt water pool, beaches and exploring.
Evenings are mild, and sea temperatures are pleasant for swimming.

Pleasantly warm, often averaging highs around 25-28°C/ 77 - 82F, with mild evenings around 16-18°C/ 28 - 32F
Packing: Pack summer clothes, sunscreen, and a light jacket for cooler evenings.
What to expect: Long sunny days, usually with about 10 hours of sun per day.
Weather in June is beautiful and it's a great time to avoid the peak crowds of July and August.
❋ What is the typical age range of participants?Wildheart Wellbeing welcomes women of all ages, levels, and life-journeys. There are no expectations or prerequisites needed in order to join us. Typically, the average age range tends to be 30 - 65. Our retreats are authentic, deep, and devotional with plenty of time for play and pleasure so if this energy speaks to you, then step in.
❋ What is the cancellation policy?Due to the intimate nature of our retreats and the costs involved, all payments are non-refundable. In certain (discretionary) cases payments / bookings may be transferred to another retreat within 12 months or to another person, however we cannot guarantee this. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen changes for your own protection and peace of mind..

❋ What is the electricity and outlet voltage in Portugal?Portugal operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz frequency, standard across Europe. They use Types C and F power plugs (two round pins).
If your appliance operates at 100-127V (like in the US), you will need a voltage converter, but most modern devices (laptops, phones) are dual voltage.
❋ Visa InformationCitizens from the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia typically do not need a visa for short-term stays (up to 90 days in a 180-day period) for tourism.
❋ Vaccination requirementsNo specific mandatory vaccinations are required to enter Portugal from most countries
❋What to bringA suggested packing list will be sent close to the retreat date. But pack for summer weather, light clothing and layers as the temperature can drop in the evenings.
