❋ What are the dates and times?Arrival is Thursday 4 June and departure is Monday 8 June
❋ How do I get there?The retreat venue is approx. 90 minutes from Lisbon Airport in Portugal (which serves international flights). There is a bus from the Airport Terminal to the village which is the location of the Retreat centre.
Taxis are available from Lisbon airport to take you to our address (details provided upon booking) or the retreat centre can book a transfer for you (details and costs provided upon booking)
There will be a Telegram group set up for those coming to share travel plans and arrange lifts and taxi shares..
Do you cater for allergies and dietary requests?Yes. After booking you will receive a Questionnaire with the option to let us know of any dietary requests or allergies so we can cater for you.

What if I haven’t been on a retreat before?Many women arrive on retreat having never been on one before! If your intuition and your body says yes, I would follow that nudge... There is no "level" to be "at" in this work or place you need to be on your journey. All women are welcome. What is the cancellation policy?Due to the intimate nature of our retreats and the costs involved, all payments are non-refundable. In certain (discretionary) cases payments / bookings may be transferred to another retreat within 12 months or to another person, however we cannot guarantee this. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen changes for your own protection and peace of mind..
