Join Ali and Lisa as they take you on a journey of renewal, abundance & self-expression to embrace the light of the changing season and the fire within you.

As the wheel of the year turns, nature bursts into full bloom, inviting us to step into our own light, embrace abundance, and express our true selves.

Step out of your normal day and into a soul-nourishing morning of meditation, sound healing, and ritual, where we will:
Bathe in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls
Journal & set intentions for personal transformation

Release stuck emotions in a sacred candle ceremony
Align with the energy of renewal and expansion

This is a space to reconnect with yourself, honour the transition from spring to summer, and awaken your inner fire. If you’ve been feeling stuck, held back from really expressing yourself or trapped in negative patterns of beliefs or behaviours this morning workshop is for you. Join us and leave feeling lighter, freer and ready to step into more of who you truly are. 

Things to Bring/materials required: 

Wear comfortable clothing you are happy to move around in for the somatic work and drumming. Feel free to bring your own drum, shaker or other instrument and any words or images you’d like to add to your vision board. We will have magazines etc to act as inspiration.

For the sound bath, we will have some yoga mats etc but please bring your own mat if you would like and blankets, cushions or any items you need to make yourself really comfortable for lying/sitting while embracing the healing flow ow the Himalayan bowls.

Biography: Lisa is trained and accredited in The British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) method of sound therapy, this combines carefully considered therapeutic sound techniques which have been shown to affect physiology, neurology and psychology with a form of reflective enquiry. 

Ali is a Spiritual Mentor, Author, Frequency Medicine Holder, Cacao Carrier and Ceremonialist. Her mission is to serve clients in their fullness, nurturing a renaissance of soulful living and divine connection.

Weaving Voices of the Heart with Oyu and Ruhiya 

You are invited to join Oyu and Ruhiya for a heart-opening, ethereal vocal sound journey as part of our Wildheart Wellbeing Collective.

Through the weaving of improvised vocals and other-worldly sound healing instruments including the monochord, Tanpura, Celtic harp and singing bowls, Oyu and Ruhiya will guide you into a liminal space of trance and deep meditation, through breath techniques, visualisation, and sound. At the end of the session, you will be invited to chant and sing as a group.

A space for women in the local community to connect, share, be witnessed in and celebrate their experiences, through a sharing circle, craft and other activities all held in a circle of belonging.  Supported by Frome Town Council.

This circle is open to anyone over the age of 18 who identifies as a woman.

Thing to bring/materials required 

Bring a cushion and blanket to sit on and a mug, tea is provided

Please bring flowers for the Beltane activity that can be used in a floral mandala

Breathwork For Self Compassion & Healing with Vaughan Dagnell

Join Vaughan Dagnell for a transformative self-healing practice that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Conscious Connected Breathwork helps you to:

 -Regulate emotions

-Manage anxiety and stress

-Prevent burnout

-Develop self-awareness and feel grounded

-Enhance focus and mental clarity

 These sessions are an invitation to soften, release and surrender deeply engrained patterns of thought, behaviour and being that have prevented stepping into our full potential.

 As the relationship with the breath deepens so too does the relationship with self, as I guide you to a place of self compassion, acceptance, forgiveness and love.

I include acupressure body mapping in my work, to help release tension, stress and emotions that is held in the body, and to allow energy and emotions to flow more freely.

 My intention in sharing this life changing tool is to empower individuals with the awareness and skills to access breathwork regularly as a self practice as well as in a facilitated space. My goal is to support a society where people thrive rather than simply survive.

 Health Considerations

While breathwork can benefit many individuals, there are certain conditions where caution or avoidance may be necessary. Please be aware that the following conditions are contraindicated for Conscious Connected Breathing:

1. History of seizures or epilepsy

2. First Trimester of Pregnancy, and when trying to conceive

3. Detached retina or any eye condition which can be adversely affected by changes in internal pressure.

4. Psychotic episodes.

By signing up for breathwork sessions, participants confirm they do not have any of the conditions mentioned above and release me from any liability related to your participation.

My clients safety and well-being are my top priorities and if there are any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me in advance, or talk to me on the day.

Thing to bring/materials required 

I suggest participants wear loose comfortable clothing with no tightness or restriction around the abdomen.

Yoga matt

Sheepskin/Blanket x 2 (one to lay on, one to cover you)

Water

A pillow

Drinking water

Eyemask (optional) 

To ensure comfort during the session, participants are advised to avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Stay well-hydrated, and drink plenty of water throughout the day beforehand.

 Biography

Vaughan is a trained yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and wellbeing facilitator. Having worked in media production for over 20 years before following his passion for wellbeing, he is fully aware of the pressures of a busy life, and his work is guided by tools he continues to use to help navigate his own mental and emotional wellbeing. He strives to create spaces and experiences that allow people to thrive rather than simply survive.

Trained in level two Non-Violent Communication (NVC), motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Vaughan has also worked with people with alcohol and substance use issues, facilitating groups and offering 1:1 support. His work explores a hybrid of cognitive and somatic work to find balance and flow in everyday life.
