Tuesday Evening - Fascia & the Nervous System with Natasha Arcoleo
A deeply nourishing 90-minute workshop for body, mind and nervous system.
This session weaves together gentle self-massage, lymphatic drainage and mindful movement inspired by yoga, offering a slow, supportive way to reconnect with your body from the inside out.
We’ll explore what fascia is and how it communicates with your nervous system, before moving through a flowing sequence of simple movements, breathwork and embodied practices. These are designed to soften and release tension in the soft tissues, encourage healthy lymphatic flow and gently guide the nervous system back into balance.
This is not about pushing or striving - it’s about listening, sensing and allowing your body to unwind at its own pace.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body’s fascial network, along with practical, nurturing tools you can easily weave into everyday life. The practices shared are simple, intuitive and can be done at home without guidance - supporting you long after the session ends.
This way of working can support:
● Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
● Stress relief and emotional grounding
● Releasing muscular tension and holding patterns
● Greater body awareness, co-ordination and ease
● Muscle recovery and vitality
● Gentle detoxification and lymphatic support
This workshop is open to everyone. No previous experience is needed - just a willingness to slow down, tune in and care for yourself.
