Through slow, mindful practices, we’ll encourage healthy circulation of lymph while creating space for your nervous system to settle and soften.
We’ll begin with a 90-minute guided movement practice, weaving together gentle self-massage, simple lymphatic drainage techniques, yoga-inspired movement and breathwork.
