Wednesday Evening - The Men’s Circle with Vaughan Dagnell & Chris Geisler
A space where men can speak openly, explore what lies behind the masks we wear in day to day life, and connect with other men in a healthy ways.
This group is about healthy masculinity, accountability, embracing challenge and creating community.
Sessions will include breathwork, sharing circles, journalling, physical movement and more.
We all need support if we want to shift unhealthy habits, let go of limiting beliefs or break cycles of behaviour. Doing this work alone isn't fun, and certainly isn't sustainable.
Despite our best efforts things can go wrong, life throws us curveballs to do with work, health, family and relationship.
Our ego's often hide isolation, overwhelm and uncertainty, but out of sight is not out of mind, and without due care and consideration these things can be hugely damaging.
Behind every vulnerability lies a key to new levels of self awareness, inner strength and freedom.
Taking some time for yourself is one of the best gifts you can give to your family, friends and community. It helps us turn up with more capacity and presence, the more you recieve the more you can give.
