Friday Afternoon – First Quarter Moon Sound Immersion with Lisa Rothnie from Hertz and Hearts

Friday Afternoon – First Quarter Moon Sound Immersion with Lisa Rothnie from Hertz and Hearts

Friday 18 September carries the expansive, horizon‑opening energy of a First Quarter Moon in Sagittarius, a phase of momentum, courage, and soulful recalibration. It’s a moment in the lunar cycle where intention meets action, where inner fire begins to rise, and where the body naturally seeks spaciousness, clarity, and renewed direction.

Sagittarius brings a spirit of openness, optimism, and gentle adventure. Under this moon, the nervous system responds beautifully to practices that widen the inner landscape, soften resistance, and help you reconnect with your deeper trajectory.

Join Lisa for a restorative and gently activating sound immersion designed to harmonise with this lunar rhythm of uplift, expansion, and forward movement. This session supports you in releasing what feels restrictive, soothing the system, and stepping into a more aligned, quietly empowered state.

The resonant tones of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and soft percussion move through the body like warm currents of air across an open field, loosening tension, dissolving emotional residue, and guiding you into a parasympathetic state where clarity and calm can rise naturally. Each vibration works through both subtle and physical layers, encouraging emotional spaciousness, nervous system balance, and a renewed sense of inner direction.

This is an afternoon to breathe deeper, soften fully, and let sound carry you toward the next chapter of your growth.
