Friday Afternoon - New Moon Sound Bath & Guided Meditation with Lisa Rothnie from Hertz and Hearts

Friday Afternoon – Waning Moon Sound Immersion for Release & Renewal with Lisa Rothnie of Hertz and Hearts

As the moon softens into its waning phase on Friday 15th May, the natural world leans toward exhale, unwinding, and gentle surrender. This is a time when the body and spirit become more open to clearing, recalibrating, and returning to inner steadiness.

Join Lisa for a deeply nurturing sound immersion designed to harmonise with this lunar rhythm of release. The session invites you to shed what feels heavy, soothe the nervous system, and settle into a state of grounded restoration.

The resonant tones of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and subtle percussion ripple through the body like a tide drawing back from the shore - loosening tension, dissolving energetic residue, and supporting the shift into a parasympathetic state. Each vibration works through both the subtle and physical layers, encouraging emotional spaciousness, nervous system balance, and a renewed sense of internal alignment.

During the waning moon, nature naturally supports letting go. This sound journey mirrors that process, helping you soften the mind, unwind the body, and create space for clarity, insight, and gentle transformation.

Allow the frequencies to move through you like a cleansing breeze, guiding you toward calm, equilibrium, and a quiet return to yourself as the moon continues its descent toward stillness.
