Friday Afternoon – Waxing Gibbous Solstice - Threshold Sound Immersion with Lisa Rothnie from Hertz and Hearts
On the eve of Solstice weekend, the world feels as though it is holding its breath — light stretching to its fullest, energy rising, the air humming with possibility. The Waxing Gibbous Moon above us mirrors this sense of becoming, a lunar phase devoted to refinement, alignment, and gathering strength.
In this sound journey, Lisa weaves together the intuitive currents of Gemini season with the deep, grounding frequencies of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and gongs. Each tone supports the body in softening overstimulation, settling the nervous system, and opening space for insight.
This is a moment to:
attune to the expanding lunar light
reconnect with your inner rhythm before the Solstice peak
release what feels heavy and welcome what feels true
let sound guide you into a state of spacious awareness
A gentle, luminous afternoon designed to help you rise with the season, breathe with the moon, and step into the Solstice weekend feeling centred, clear, and quietly empowered.
