Monday Evening - Draw In Your Spirit Guide with Laurie and her channelled spirit guide, Ormarni

Have you been wanting to dip a toe into connecting with your spirit guide… but not known how to begin?

We’ll use your natural awareness, reflective meditation, and soft pastel colour-smudging to help you sense your guide in a way that’s gentle, embodied, and intuitive.

Some guidance arrives like a whisper - a warmth, a feeling, a colour, a quiet “yes” in the body.

 In this two-hour Wildheart workshop, Laurie and Ormarni will create a steady, welcoming space for sensitive, curious people to explore their spirit guides in a grounded, embodied way.

You’ll be guided through a short meditation to create sacred space and settle into a deeper embodied state. 

From there, Ormarni will support the group to tune in and notice what’s present - perhaps a felt sense or energy. 

Maybe an impression of colour, a phrase, or a simple inner knowing.

We’ll use soft pastels as a gentle, creative way to give form to what you receive (no art skills needed! ). 

A central part of the workshop is hearing one another’s reflections and experiences - noticing how differently guidance can arrive, and how uniquely each person senses and interprets their connection.

This is a calm, sincere space where you can meet your experience exactly as it is, and come away with more trust in your own inner language.

What to bring/ Practical notes:

If you have your own pastels or favourite crayons, feel free to bring them. 

Please bring a sitting cushion and/or sheepskin if you’d rather work on the floor - we’ll also have chairs and tables available.

Feel free to bring your own warm drink… I’ll provide some nibbles

Please arrive around 6.45pm to allow yourself time to settle in and maybe draw a divination card or two.

Biography: Laurel’s work has always centred on connection — through movement, creativity, and presence. With a background in expressive arts and over two decades of Pilates teaching, she has also shared Nonviolent Communication and compassionate connection with educators and communities.

Drawn to the meeting point between body, creativity, and spirit, Laurel’s path naturally deepened into spiritual inquiry. For the past 17 years, she has privately channelled Ormarni, a higher-dimensional presence whose messages bring clarity, compassion, and grounded insight. She now opens this connection to the public, creating sacred spaces for wisdom, stillness, and heartfelt inquiry.
