Biography
Hi, I’m Elisa. I’m a therapeutic coach and certified IFS practitioner with a special focus on supporting mothers through the emotional ups and downs of family life.
Over the past few years, I’ve facilitated multiple MotherCircle groups and created spaces where mothers can feel heard, supported, and connected. My work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed coaching, and nervous system practices to help mothers not only navigate challenges with their children but also discover more about themselves along the way.
Parenting is never just about raising our kids — it’s also about growing as people. I’m passionate about walking alongside mothers as they explore that journey, offering guidance, compassion, and a safe space to connect.
