Friday Afternoon - Waning Moon Sound Bath for Energetic Reset & Deep Restoration with Lisa Rothnie from Hertz and Hearts
Join Lisa for a soul‑soothing sound bath that weaves together the intuitive wisdom of the waning moon with the science of nervous‑system regulation. This session is designed to gently clear your energy centres, release stagnant patterns, and guide your body into a deeply restorative parasympathetic state.
As the moon moves into its natural phase of letting go, your system becomes more receptive to recalibration. The vibrations of crystal singing bowls, grounding Himalayan bowls, resonant gongs, and soft percussion work through both the energetic and physiological layers of the body — helping to disperse tension, regulate stress responses, and restore internal balance.
Each frequency interacts with your energetic field while simultaneously supporting the body’s rest‑and‑repair mechanisms. This combination encourages emotional clarity, nervous‑system reset, and a renewed sense of alignment from within.
Allow the sound waves to wash through you, soothing the mind, softening the body, and opening space for insight, release, and gentle transformation as the moon continues to wane.
