Monday Morning - Living authentically with ADHD - Unmasking ADHD with Xanthe Parker
I invite you to join me in this session as we explore the connection between ADHD and masking. Together, we’ll reflect on the emotional and mental energy it takes to constantly ‘fit in’ — and what it truly feels like to begin unmasking. This is a space to consider what it means to live not perfectly, but more freely — with greater self-compassion, honesty, and authenticity.
You are invited to show up as yourselves. You will be invited to complete an exercise before the session (but no pressure to complete).
This session is for you if:
You’ve got ADHD (whether diagnosed or not) and want to explore what that actually means for you.
You care about someone with ADHD and want to walk alongside them with more understanding.
You’re just curious and want to connect, chat, and spark ideas with great people

Biography:
Hi, I’m Xanthe — an accredited ADHD coach (ADDCA) with a background in working alongside both adults and young people since 1998.
I work with clients of all ages, offering coaching that’s grounded in experience, empathy, and neurodivergent insight. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult (ADHD and Autism), I understand the value of creating spaces that are compassionate, understanding, and above all — celebratory of the unique ways our minds work.
