Monday Evening - A space for free-spirited, neurodivergent minds to explore what ADHD means to you with Xanthe Parker from Squiggly Minds

Thursday Morning - Exploring what ADHD or AuDHD means to you with Xanthe Parker from Squiggly Minds

A space for free-spirited, neurodivergent minds to explore what ADHD or AuDHD means to you.

Whether you're diagnosed, self-discovered, or still figuring out what ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or being neurodivergent means to you (or means for someone you love), Squiggly Minds is a space to explore it all with curiosity, creativity, and compassion.

Maybe you've noticed you experience the world a bit differently from those around you. Maybe you mask or adapt at work, in relationships, or in everyday life. Maybe you're a parent trying to better understand your child, or you've got a partner, friend, or family member who's neurodivergent and you want to understand their world a little better.

Or maybe you're simply curious and want to meet other neurodivergent adults (and the people who love them), swap experiences, and spend time together in a calm, low-pressure space.

This session is a chance to pause, take a breath, and explore the experiences, challenges, and strengths that can come with being neurodivergent, whether that's your own experience or someone else's.

Things we may explore, with Xanthe:

• Masking: what it looks like, why we do it, and what it costs us in energy and wellbeing

• Executive functioning: planning, focus, memory, time, and emotional regulation, plus practical ways to understand and work with your own brain (or someone else's)

• Strengths and differences: looking past what feels difficult to what comes naturally

• Self-understanding and compassion: noticing patterns and needs with a bit more curiosity and kindness

• Everyday strategies: small ideas that might make life feel a little easier, from setting boundaries to making more room for what you need

It is important that the space is shaped by the people in the room, so expect a detour or two along the way.

Each month has a different theme, so there's always a new angle to explore together.

Any questions? Just reach out to Xanthe.

Biography

I’m a certified ADHD and Neurodivergent Coach, a late-identified AuDHD adult, and a parent to neurodivergent daughters.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2019 and later discovered that I’m autistic too. That journey has given me a personal understanding of how complicated, reassuring and sometimes challenging it can be to make sense of your own neurodivergence.

Alongside my lived experience, I bring over 25 years of professional experience working with children, young people, adults and families. My background includes social work, youth work, systemic practice, working with people affected by trauma, leadership and workplace coaching. More recently, my work and learning have focused specifically on ADHD and neurodivergence.

I’m interested in creating spaces where people can talk openly, connect with others and share experiences without feeling they have to explain or justify themselves.

I certainly don’t have all the answers. I still get lost in car parks, overthink social plans and occasionally say yes before my brain has caught up!

I hope this can be a space to explore what neurodivergence means to you, lean into who you are rather than constantly trying to outrun it or fit yourself into a mould, and perhaps make a little more sense of things along the way.
