Monday Evening - The Art of Abhyanga Self - Massage & Spring Renewal Ritual with Nereida Olives
Learn to tap into your Fascia and release what no longer serves
A Women’s Circle of Craft, Story, Rhythm & Soul Mapping - Rooted in story, guided by rhythm, blooming into the year ahead.
This Easter, you are invited into a sacred space of nourishment, renewal, and deep listening where the wisdom of the Rose meets the ancient art of self-massage, learning to love our bodies as they are.
Together, we will gather in a circle to honour what has been, tend to what is alive within us now, and gently begin to notice what’s growing within us during this season.
The Ritual
We will open with Rose Tea and cacao nibbles, softening into presence and connection. From here, you will be guided into the art of Abhyanga, a deeply nourishing self-massage practice using warm oils infused with organic essential oils and the essence of Rose,
This ritual supports the nervous system, invites grounding, and offers a space to release what may be held within the body and fascia.
Within the circle, we will explore:
– Guided Abhyanga self-massage ritual
– Our Fascia and Nervous system soothing & embodied awareness
– Seasonal wisdom for spring: renewal, awakening & self-care
– Storytelling, sharing & being witnessed
– Drum journey & reconnection to inner rhythm
– Rose elixir, Rose tea & cacao to nourish the senses
– A closing blessing ceremony
Held in the spirit of the Rose - rooted, open-hearted, truthful, and strong. This is a space to pause, soften, and remember the power of tending to yourself with love.
