Saturday Morning - Bloom with grace with KerryAnn May Rose

Bloom with grace with KerryAnn May Rose

Spring has us springing forth, the energy is vibrant, more firey, and expansive.

And for some, a sense of dysregulation can be felt from simply doing too much, or an uncomfortable edgy-ness, a sense of "push and pull" as we journey outwards where maybe an inner calling of "please, come back to rest, and listen just for a minute" is alive, and maybe silenced in a pursuit of "pushing on through" the longer days.

And... ahhhh, it always serves us to rest - to come home to our inner world even through nature's seasons of longer days; to rest deep, to move softly and intuitively, so there's a somatic sense of soft, and smooth opening and closing to our inner and outer worlds - gentle, sensual, nurturing, and graceful.

Join me for 2 hours where we'll explore how we can Bloom with Grace with a sweet and subtle practice of Women's Yoga and Somatics for Women.
