Sunday morning - The Inner Child Breathwork Journey with Beth
A workshop of breath, writing, and remembrance
There is a child within you who has been waiting.
Waiting to be seen, to be spoken to, to be listened to.
Perhaps they are playful, perhaps they are hurting.
Perhaps they carry secrets, or a joy that longs to return.
In this workshop, we create a space where your adult self and your inner child can finally meet. Through breath and writing, two voices — past and present — weave together, and something remarkable happens: the old wounds soften, and the child within remembers they are not alone.
What to expect
A Letter to the Younger You
We begin with writing — offering words of love and care to the child who once carried your dreams and your sorrows.
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Then, with the breath as guide, you enter the inner landscape where memory and feeling live. This is where the doorway opens, where your inner child can step forward to be met.
A Letter from the Inner Child
From the stillness after breath, the pen moves again — but this time, the child writes back. Their voice may be tender, fierce, playful, or wise. What they say can change everything.
Why come?
Because healing happens when we finally listen.
Because the child within you deserves to be held.
Because meeting yourself in this way is tender, it is a reunion, a homecoming, a deep listening to yourself.
This workshop is held by Beth, a trauma-informed therapist and breathwork facilitator. You will be supported throughout with warmth, presence, and care.
Come exactly as you are.
Let your breath meet you there. Let it carry you back to centre.
