Sunday Afternoon - Retune & Reconnect: Through Movement, Meditation, and Vedic Mantra with Elaine Ewens

Sunday Afternoon - Retune & Reconnect: Through Movement, Meditation, and Vedic Mantra with Elaine Ewens

A Gentle Workshop for Inner Renewal and Sacred Stillness

In a world that constantly pulls us outward, there is quiet power in returning home to ourselves.

Retune & Reconnect is an immersive workshop designed to gently guide you back to your centre—where presence, peace, and clarity reside.

Through the art of conscious gentle movement, coupled with your breath, you’ll learn to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and invite vitality back into your body. With meditation, you’ll cultivate inner peace and anchoring stillness, reconnecting with your intuitive self. And through the healing resonance of a Vedic sound bath, you’ll be bathed in a deeper spiritual frequency—one that harmonises the mind, nourishes the heart, and tunes you to essential self.

Vedic mantra will gently weave its way through the workshop, supporting you on this immersive journey.

Whether you are new to these practices or have been exploring them for years, this workshop offers a safe and welcoming space to slow down, reflect, and recharge.

You will leave feeling refreshed, realigned, and reconnected with your inner wisdom – taking with you, practical tools to bring peace and vitality into everyday life.

 Join me; Connect. Listen. Soothe.
