Thursday Morning - Breathwork: A Nervous System Reset with Beth Bauer

Thursday Morning Breathwork: A Nervous System Reset
A gentle, one-off breathwork session to restore balance and reconnect with your inner calm

You are warmly invited to a morning of softening, slowing down, and coming home to your body.

In the rush of daily life, our nervous systems can become overwhelmed—stuck in patterns of tension, anxiety, or emotional fatigue. This session offers a gentle, trauma-informed space to support your system in returning to balance. Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic awareness, and deep listening, we will open a space for regulation, release, and rest.

Breath is a bridge between the body and mind, between the conscious and unconscious. Conscious Connected Breathwork invites us to breathe in a continuous rhythm without pause, gently activating the nervous system in a safe and supported way. As we stay with the breath, patterns of holding—physical, emotional, and energetic—can begin to loosen. The breath invites what has been stored or suppressed to rise and be released with compassion.

The breathwork journey is accompanied by a carefully curated arc of music, shaped like a mountain. We begin in gentleness, grounding into safety. The tempo gradually rises, matching the increasing rhythm of your breath. This activates the sympathetic nervous system, giving space for release, movement, and emotional expression.

You may experience physical sensations, emotional waves, or a quiet stillness. You may feel clarity, insight, or simply the relief of letting go. The journey is yours and always held with care.

✨ You’ll be guided through:
– A gentle arrival with grounding and intention-setting

– Conscious Connected Breathwork, supported by music and spoken guidance – Somatic practices to support regulation and integration
– Time for rest, reflection, and optional sharing

✨ This session is for you if you’re seeking: – Relief from stress, tension, or overwhelm

– A deeper connection with your body and breath
– A safe and supported space to feel, release, and restore – A moment of stillness to begin again

This workshop is held by Beth, a trauma-informed therapist and breathwork facilitator. You will be supported throughout with warmth, presence, and care.

Come exactly as you are.
Let your breath meet you there. Let it carry you back to centre.

Biograhy:

Beth is drawn to the depths of human experience—how we heal, transform, and return to ourselves. With a background in art and a love for impermanence, her work is shaped by the philosophy of wabi-sabi: beauty in what’s raw, real, and ever-changing.

She is in the final stages of training in Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy and integrates Somatic Experiencing to support nervous system healing. Now training with Alchemy of Breath, Beth offers Breathwork as a powerful bridge between body, mind, and spirit.

Through breath, presence, and compassion, she holds space for others to meet themselves more fully—embracing the shadow, softening into the unknown, and remembering the wisdom within.
