Tuesday Afternoon - The Attention Reset - A Guided Journey for Digital Balance with Katie Brockhurst
Join digital wellbeing teacher Katie Brockhurst for a calming 60-minute journey that helps you step out of social media overwhelm and reclaim your attention. We’ll explore how constant notifications, scrolling loops and digital overload affect your mind and mood - and what you can do to reset. Through grounding breathwork, gentle visualisation and simple somatic tools, designed to help reset your attention. Ideal for anyone wanting a healthier relationship with their phone, and for parents looking to model balance at home.
Things to bring/materials required: Bring pen and paper for some journaling. A yoga mat, blanket or cushion to sit on. Chairs will also be available if you’d prefer.

Time: 1.15 - 2.45pm - An informal and relaxing session, gentle arrival at 1pm beginning the journey at 1.15am
We will finish c.2.45pm with some time for conversation / q&a afterwards if you don’t have to rush off
