The Art of Holding Brave Spaces is the culmination of my 20-year journey into creating containers for group evolution and transformation. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve held myself accountable. I’ve held it together and fallen apart in front of a group and in the process learned how to transmute density into joy, and heaviness into light.
