Wednesday Morning - Squiggly Minds - Embracing And Celebrating ADHD with Xanthe Parker
Celebrate, Support, and Understand the Free-Spirited ADHD Mind
Welcome to a fun and freeing session where we’ll dive into the world of ADHD — offering an opportunity to ditch the perhaps more unhelpful narratives around ADHD and uncover the possibilities behind the beautifully wonky, wildly creative ADHD brain.
We’ll explore what may help ADHD shine and what might help ground it when things get a bit wobbly; shifting the story from “problem” to “power.”
This is your space to ask questions, share stories, and hang out with other free-spirited, big-hearted, slightly squiggly minds.
This session is for you if:
You’ve got ADHD (whether diagnosed or not) and want to explore what that actually means for you.
You care about someone with ADHD and want to walk alongside them with more understanding
You’re just curious and want to connect, chat, and spark ideas with great people
Come as you are. All minds welcome
Things to bring/materials required: Nothing just bring yourself

Biography:
Hi, I’m Xanthe — an accredited ADHD coach (ADDCA) with a background in working alongside both adults and young people since 1998.
I work with clients of all ages, offering coaching that’s grounded in experience, empathy, and neurodivergent insight. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult (ADHD and Autism), I understand the value of creating spaces that are compassionate, understanding, and above all — celebratory of the unique ways our minds work.
