Sound Healing Ceremony Honouring Grief with Oyu
Come gather in the sanctuary of healing sound where we make space to connect with the grief within you.
I will weave the healing resonance of sound through hypnotic flute songs, intuitive voice, monochord, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum and mantras to create a sonic container for memories and feelings to arise.
We will close the ceremony by singing some mantras and sharing tea to ground ourselves into the space.
You are invited to bring a photo, flowers, or meaningful objects to co-create an altar for our departed loved ones.
We welcome all forms of grief, whether we have lost someone we love or the general sense of grief within us.
