Monday Evening - A space for free-spirited, neurodivergent minds to explore what ADHD means to you with Xanthe Parker from Squiggly Minds
Whether you’re diagnosed, self identified, or still figuring out what ADHD, Autism, AuDHD or being neurodivergence means to you, Squiggly Minds is a space to explore your experiences with curiosity, creativity and compassion.
Maybe you’ve noticed you experience or navigate things differently from people around you. Maybe you mask or adapt at work, in relationships, or in everyday life. Or maybe you’re just curious and want to meet other neurodivergent adults to share experiences, swap ideas, and spend time together in a calm, low-pressure space.
This group session is a chance to pause, take a breath and explore the unique experiences, challenges and strengths that can come with being neurodivergent.
Led by Xanthe, an ADDCA certified coach, we’ll explore:
Masking - what it can look like, why we might do it, and the impact it can have on our energy and wellbeing
Executive functioning - planning, focus, memory, time and emotional regulation, with practical ways to understand and work with your own brain
Strengths and differences - looking beyond what can feel difficult and exploring the things that come naturally, along with the things that make you, you!
Self understanding and compassion - noticing your patterns, needs and strengths with a little more curiosity and kindness
Everyday strategies - sharing ideas that might make life feel a little easier, from boundaries and pausing to creating more space for your needs
There’s no right way to experience neurodivergence, and no expectation to have all the answers or ideas.
Each month will have a different theme, giving us the chance to explore different aspects of neurodivergent life together.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Xanthe.

Biography
I’m a certified ADHD and Neurodivergent Coach, a late-identified AuDHD adult, and a parent to neurodivergent daughters.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2019 and later discovered that I’m autistic too. That journey has given me a personal understanding of how complicated, reassuring and sometimes challenging it can be to make sense of your own neurodivergence.
Alongside my lived experience, I bring over 25 years of professional experience working with children, young people, adults and families. My background includes social work, youth work, systemic practice, working with people affected by trauma, leadership and workplace coaching. More recently, my work and learning have focused specifically on ADHD and neurodivergence.
I’m interested in creating spaces where people can talk openly, connect with others and share experiences without feeling they have to explain or justify themselves.
I certainly don’t have all the answers. I still get lost in car parks, overthink social plans and occasionally say yes before my brain has caught up!
I hope this can be a space to explore what neurodivergence means to you, lean into who you are rather than constantly trying to outrun it or fit yourself into a mould, and perhaps make a little more sense of things along the way.
