Things to Bring/materials required: I will have some yoga mats etc but please bring your own mat if you would like and blankets, cushions or any items you need to make yourself really comfortable for lying/sitting during the sound bath.

Lisa is trained and accredited in The British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) method of sound therapy, this combines carefully considered therapeutic sound techniques which have been shown to affect physiology, neurology and psychology with a form of reflective enquiry.
