Friday Afternoon - Meditative Sound Bath with Lisa Rothnie

Friday Afternoon - Meditative Sound Bath with Lisa Rothnie from Hertz and Hearts

This stand-alone Sound Bath & Meditation will help you unlock your  intuition, creativity, and inner healing.

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative and sensory experience, where the vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to promote relaxation, healing, and balance.

Lisa will guide you through a soothing sound journey using a combination of: Crystal Singing Bowls – Emit pure, high-frequency tones that realign your energy field, reduce stress, and restore harmony within the body.

Himalayan Bowls – Create grounding vibrations that release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation.

Gongs – Wash over you with powerful waves of sound, helping to release energetic blockages, quiet the mind, and open space for transformation.

Percussion Instruments – Shakers, chimes, and soft drumming add layers of sound that stimulate energy flow, awaken creativity, and deepen the meditative state.

During this session, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where sound frequencies bring balance to your mind, body, and emotions.  The vibrations can help shift stagnant energy, enhance clarity and insight, and reinforce the intentions you’ve set throughout the day.
