Friday Afternoon – Sound Immersion in Frome with Lisa Rothnie from Hertz and Hearts

Sound Immersion in Frome Held under the Waxing Gibbous Moon in Pisces a phase of intuition, emotional softening and deep inner listening

Friday 16th October arrives under the gentle, fluid energy of a Waxing Gibbous Moon in Pisces, a lunar moment where intuition heightens, emotions soften, and the inner world becomes more spacious and receptive. This phase carries the feeling of being on the cusp of release: the moon almost full, the body leaning toward rest, and the nervous system naturally seeking calm, clarity and quiet transformation.

Pisces brings a tender, dream‑like quality to the day, encouraging reflection, compassion, and a softening of the edges we’ve been holding tight. It’s an ideal lunar landscape for sound work, where vibration can move more freely through the emotional and energetic layers.

Join Lisa for a deeply nurturing sound immersion designed to harmonise with this lunar rhythm of emotional spaciousness, intuitive awakening and gentle preparation for release. This session invites you to let go of what feels heavy, soothe the nervous system, and settle into a state of grounded, fluid restoration.

The resonant tones of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and subtle percussion ripple through the body like waves folding onto a quiet shoreline,  loosening tension, dissolving energetic residue, and guiding you into a parasympathetic state where the mind softens and the heart opens. Each vibration works through both subtle and physical layers, encouraging emotional clarity, nervous system balance, and a renewed sense of inner alignment.

This is an afternoon to breathe deeper, reconnect with your intuitive self, and let sound gently wash through the places that need tenderness and release.
