Sunday Evening - Lessons in stillness: honour your noble tiredness, restorative yoga with Saffron

Sunday Evening - Lessons in stillness: honour your noble tiredness, restorative yoga with Saffron

Slow down, connect to your breath and find a moment of peace.

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on the body's ability to release tension without the need for strength or dynamic movement.

Expect to get super cosy, using props and cushions to create support we allow gravity to assist us in the process of unraveling tension in our bodies and letting go.

Through guided breath work and simple self enquiry this practice is an invitation to be still and to arrive fully in your body. It is an opportunity to relearn the art of rest and relaxation.

Space to press pause, to move away from the human doing and come back to the human being, this class aims to quiet the busy mind and down regulate the nervous system.

This class is suitable for anyone that can sit comfortably on a yoga mat and that can get up from the floor unassisted.
