The Yoga of death, loss and transformation with Jotipal Kaur
The Yogic teachings of Kundalini yoga teach us a great deal about loss, death and grief in our lives. They show us that if we can use this energy in the right way, then we can use it for deep personal transformation. We can transform our grief into joy, our pain into wisdom and we can find a relationship with a higher power or a sense of oneness to carry us through- then there is no separation, only oneness and a sense of coming home.
Kundalini yoga is particularly powerful in releasing stored emotions, clearing the subconscious mind, rewiring the brain and nervous system and finding a deep inner resource within us.
