Come and give yourself some nurturance in this Harvest Season.

Together we'll journey with our senses and the Rose 🌹 to meet our Heart and the inner lover within as we say fare well to summer and get ready to transition into Autumn.

Using Ceremonial Rose Tea, Cacao Rose Love Hearts, Rose oil, Rose elixirs, Rose Perfume as well as Movement, Creativity, Journaling, Sound, Storytelling and Drum Journey we will journey inwardly to deeply Nurture your Heart, Mind and Body and help you

This event is for anyone that wants to deepen their connection with themselves and to open up to new possibilities that emerged from inside.

Thing to bring/materials required 

We'll provide Yoga Mats

Please bring a cushion and blanket to keep warm during some of the practices if you wish, and whatever else you might need to meet your needs to feel comfortable and warm.

Please arrive in between 6.45 and 7.00 pm for a prompt start.

Biography: Nereida is a Holistic Ayurvedic Massage Therapist working with Women, Men, Families and Children in different ways...

From Sacred Birth Doula to sharing the wonders of the Forest School, Ancestral Sacred Crafts and Transformative Retreats.

She's been holding Seasonal Celebrations and Life Honouring Ceremonies for the past 15 years, working with the elements, Cacao, Rose and other gentle Plant Allies.

Her background is in Waldorf Education and brings a wealth of experience in holding space that feels safe, nurturing and transformative for people of all ages and backgrounds.

This workshop is inspired by her deep dive in the past 4 last years throughout her Vision Quest journeys, working with Elders from the Itchatzitlan's Fire, the Rose and the Dreamer within.
