Wednesday Morning - Navigate the Net : A Digital Wellbeing Guided Journey with Katie Brockhurst
Step into a Digital Wellbeing Journey and experience reflection and gentle inquiry into your online habits, somatic and breath-based practices for nervous system regulation, through mythic storytelling and creative inner-vision exercises, plus practical resets to support a healthier relationship with tech.
Things to bring/materials required: Bring pen and paper for some journaling. A yoga mat, blanket or cushion to sit on. Chairs will also be available if you’d prefer.

Time: 10 - 11.30am - An informal and relaxing session, gentle arrival from 9.45am, beginning the journey at 10am
We will finish c.11am with some time for conversation / q&a afterwards
