Find your Flow, Gentle vinyasa style yoga with Saffron

Discover the joy of movement and breath with this 75 minute vinyasa style yoga class that emphasises joyful movement guided by the breath. Taking a slower approach and moving away from rigid alignment rules, this class is layered with option and choice so every student can find freedom and space within their own bodies.
