Wednesday Morning - Midlife Collective: Monthly Gatherings for Women Lost in the Middle of It All with Claire Fitzsimmons
Somewhere between the hot flushes and the 3am worries, the brain fog and the invisible weight you carry, there’s a quiet question that keeps asking to be heard: Where did I go?
We know that sometimes it can feel like we're rethinking everything in midlife and this time can be confusing and disorientating. If that's the case, join this Midlife Collective as we shift from feeling lost in midlife to reconnecting with ourselves, each other and the world around us. Be supported by a group of women going through this period with you.
Midlife can bring with it a strange kind of unravelling. You might find yourself forgetful or flat, tender or angry. You might feel overwhelmed by emotion or underwhelmed by everything else. Burnt out from holding so much for so long. Disconnected from your work, your body, your sense of direction. It can feel as though the version of you you’ve known is starting to slip away.
The Midlife Collective is a monthly gathering of women who are also somewhere in the middle of it all. Led by midlife wellbeing and emotions coach Claire Fitzsimmons, these sessions offer gentle guidance that blends science and soul - combining somatics and positive psychology with warmth, humour and a deep respect for where we are right now. There will be space for reflection, conversation, and simply being with what’s here.
We begin in January with Your Year Ahead, a quiet reimagining of what your year could look like when you connect back in with yourself. In February, we’ll explore Connection & Relationships, in all their evolving forms. And in March, we’ll meet All the Feelings — those that rise up without warning or linger just beneath the surface.
