Friday Evening - Cacao Ceremony and sister circle Journey with Ali Hutchinson
This is your invitation to spend Friday 13th, the day of the Goddess, a little differently. Pause, reflect reconnect with your own wildheart as we sip the beautiful heart opening plant medicine of Ceremonial Cacao and drop into a deeply held state through somatic movement, mandala making and meditation. We’ll call in clarity and renewal so we can enter the weekend with a little more compassion for ourselves.
This is a heart-opening cacao ceremony and sister circle, weaving together plant medicine, somatic movement, meditation and sound to gently awaken your innate nurturing energy.
We’ll begin with Peruvian ceremonial-grade cacao, a revered plant ally known for opening the heart, enhancing creativity and inviting emotional harmony. From here we’ll unlock our creativity as we craft a mandala together weaving in finds from the natural world with presence and intention. As we drop into a deeply soothing meditative state we’ll allow creativity and emotion to flow as we reconnect with the wisdom held within our body and heart.
This is a space for all women - for emotional release, self-reflection and soulful connection - especially if you’re craving grounding, community and a gentle energetic reset.
You’ll leave feeling nourished, held, inspired and deeply connected to your own WildHeart wisdom.
No experience of ceremonial cacao, somatic movement, crafts or meditation is needed. Come as you are, and experience the magic of cacao, sound, sisterhood and self-love.
