Friday Afternoon – Sound Immersion in Frome with Lisa Rothnie from Hertz and Hearts
Held under the Waxing Gibbous Moon in Taurus a phase of grounding, embodiment and steady inner strengthening
Friday 13th November arrives under the earthy, stabilising energy of a Waxing Gibbous Moon in Taurus, a lunar moment where the body seeks grounding, the nervous system leans toward steadiness, and the heart opens to gentle, embodied growth. This phase carries the feeling of slow momentum: the moon swelling toward fullness, the inner landscape becoming more rooted, and the body naturally craving calm, comfort and deeper connection.
Taurus brings a soothing, sensual quality to the day encouraging presence, simplicity, and a return to what feels nourishing and real. It’s an ideal lunar environment for sound work, where vibration can settle deeply into the physical body and support emotional regulation from the inside out.
Join Lisa for a deeply restorative sound immersion designed to harmonise with this earthy lunar rhythm of grounding, softening and steady inner strengthening. This session invites you to release tension, soothe the nervous system, and settle into a state of warm, grounded restoration.
The resonant tones of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and subtle percussion move through the body like slow waves rolling across a calm shoreline loosening tightness, dissolving energetic residue, and guiding you into a parasympathetic state where the body can truly exhale. Each vibration works through both subtle and physical layers, encouraging emotional stability, nervous system balance, and a renewed sense of inner rootedness.
