Friday Morning - Rose Love Magic: A Morning of Nourishment & Reconnection for all genders with Amiya Pilar

An invitation to pause, slow down and reconnect with your heart and body through the gentle magic of the Rose.

Through guided visualisation, we will journey into the Rose of the Heart, connecting with the loving presence of Mother Rose and opening ourselves to receive the message, wisdom and nourishment we may need at this particular moment in our lives.

We will also dance and move, journal, and have gentle connection exercises, making space to listen to our hearts, discover what we are longing for and reconnect with what truly nourishes us as we move into the darker months of the year.

A nurturing space to listen within, cultivate self-love and reconnect with the beauty and wisdom of the heart.

All genders welcome.
