Dearest Fellow Mamas,
Can you feel it? That Spring surge - the urge to finally tend to ALL THE THINGS.
The house. The children. The work projects. The list that's been waiting all winter.
And for a moment, it feels possible. Like maybe this season, you'll get on top of it all.
But the load grows. And grows. And gets heavier.
Because it's not just the to-do list, it's the emotional weight too. The invisible labour of showing up for your children, your family, yourself. Carried quietly, mostly alone. Rarely - if ever - put down.
And despite the energy Spring promises, it's so easy to slowly tip into overstretching. Into doing too much. Into a weight that's harder and harder to drag around.
Why this space exists
Too often, we lack the support system that would allow us to put the load down, even briefly.
To catch our breath. To have someone help carry it for a moment.
This is exactly why I've created this space.
Two hours to put the load down. To feel held. To remember that together, we are so much more than each of us alone.
A 2-hour gathering for mothers
Come and spend two nourishing hours alongside other mamas who get it.
A space to pause. To breathe. To be held. Before burning out!

Biography
Hi, I’m Elisa. I’m a therapeutic coach and certified IFS practitioner with a special focus on supporting mothers through the emotional ups and downs of family life.
Over the past few years, I’ve facilitated multiple MotherCircle groups and created spaces where mothers can feel heard, supported, and connected. My work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed coaching, and nervous system practices to help mothers not only navigate challenges with their children but also discover more about themselves along the way.
Parenting is never just about raising our kids — it’s also about growing as people. I’m passionate about walking alongside mothers as they explore that journey, offering guidance, compassion, and a safe space to connect.
