Sunday Evening - Rest & Flow: A Lymphatic Reset and Yoga Nidra with Natasha Arcoleo
A gentle and nourishing 2-hour workshop to support your body’s natural flow, restore balance and invite deep rest.
This session is designed to help stimulate the lymphatic system - an important part of how your body clears waste, supports immunity and maintains overall wellbeing. Through slow, mindful practices, we’ll encourage healthy circulation of lymph while creating space for your nervous system to settle and soften.
We’ll begin with a 90-minute guided movement practice, weaving together gentle self-massage, simple lymphatic drainage techniques, yoga-inspired movement and breathwork. The pace will be slow and supportive, with plenty of options offered throughout, making it accessible whether you’re completely new or more familiar with this kind of work.
This is not about effort or intensity. Instead, it’s an invitation to move with care and awareness, helping to ease tension, reduce feelings of heaviness or stagnation, and reconnect with your body in a simple, grounded way.
The final 30 minutes will be dedicated to a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation. You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position and led through a practice designed to bring you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can fully relax and restore.
Together, these practices offer a powerful yet gentle reset - supporting both physical and nervous system wellbeing.
